My career started in the field of Haute Couture, working for Norman Hartnell who designed for the rich and famous, including royalty.

 

This gave me the opportunity to work on wonderful fabrics and richly embroidered garments.

Through teaching in Adult Education I continued my love of fashion and embroidery until retirement.

 

I now enjoy exhibiting my textile art with various groups, specialising in machine embroidery and smocking.
